Electronic coupons and cell phone coupons are popping up everywhere, making it easier than ever before to start couponing and save!

You don’t have to cut coupons out or remember to take them to the store anymore. They’ll be automatically stored on your grocery store’s club/shopping card.

1 of the top eCoupons programs is Proctor & Gamble’s eSaver coupons. If you’ve never used them before, here’s how:

How to Load P&G eSaver Coupons:

Log in at P&G’s eSaver page. (If you haven’t registered already, create a free account quickly.)
Check the coupons you want.
Select which store you want to shop at.
Click the “load coupons” button at the bottom of the page.
If you want, print out the shopping list of all the coupons so you remember what to buy.
That’s all! Do your grocery shopping normally and get extra coupon savings when you pay.

Harris Teeter Super Doubles 6/24/09

Harris Teeter shoppers are in luck again! We’ve been enjoying triple coupons more and more frequently and now they’re offering “super doubles.”

This week, coupons are being doubled up to $1.98. I’ve never actually seen a coupon for $1.98—so they obviously want to keep it under $2.00, but there are lots of $1.50 coupons you’ll be able to use.

I’ll list a some of the better deals here, but my advice is to go through your coupons, and pull out anything between $1.00 and $1.98 to take on your shopping trip. If your store is anything like mine, and you only take coupons for what is on your “free with coupon” list, there are sure to be several items they will be out of. If you take along all of these coupons, you’ll have back-ups, and since you can use up to 20, you want to be sure to make the most of your shopping trip.

If you can still get your hands on the Sunday paper in your town, this tip is for you. The SmartSource coupons insert in last Sunday’s newspaper (6/14/09) has a load of great high value coupons, including a $2 off Purex Complete 3-in-1 laundry sheets coupon.

I will start off this week with some good news and bad news. K-Mart is doubling coupons up to $2, but from what I can determine, only select stores are participating. Before you put together you list and gather your coupons, please call your local store to see if they are one of the participating stores.

Harris Teeter Triple Coupons Grocery Matchups 5/28/09

I have great news! If you haven’t heard yet, triple coupons are back this week at Harris Teeter!

I’ll list some of the deals I found, but go through your coupons and grab those higher value ones that are close to, but still under, $1. Harris Teeter is tripling coupons up to $1 so those are the ones you really want to use.

Remember too that they allow up to 20 coupons per day, and two of those can be internet coupons, so plan your shopping accordingly. I always take along plenty of extra coupons since I find the best deals often sell out early. It seems like if you shop a couple of days in a row though you can get most, if not all, of what you’re looking for.

Grocery Matchups & Deals: Free at Walmart

I hope everyone picked up a Sunday paper this past weekend. I got four coupon inserts! How about you? I got my regular Red Plum and Smart Source coupons, plus an extra Smart Source insert and P & G coupons.

Before I was into saving money and couponing, I would have thrown most of these coupons out immediately and only kept the ones for “my brands.” For those of you new to coupon clipping, let me tell you why this is such a mistake.

Walgreens, CVS, and Rite-Aid often have products free or almost free. These might not be your preferred products, or they might be ones that are normally a little out of your budget. But, when they are “free,” either with a rebate, “Register Rewards,” etc., there’s no reason not to buy them. Sometimes what makes them “free” is that $1, $2, or $3 coupon you have from your newspaper. Other times, that same coupon puts money straight into your pocket, because the item is already free! Make sense? (And I haven’t even mentioned the grocery stores!)

For you coupon pros, I know you get it, but I didn’t really use coupons at all for years, so I am kicking myself for all the money I wasted.
